[ Part 1 ] Making Horror Game AI : Patrol

Making the AI for a horror game is something that I've never done before but certainly something that I've been curious about. Lately I've been trying to create scripting that is modular in a sense, so I started with basic Patrol script. I knew that it wouldn't be scary if the monsters just walked around without posing any lingering danger. Creating this "idle" mechanic wasn't hard, but it took a while to make sure that if we wanted to apply this script to other monsters or other areas, we would be able to. I'm looking forward to making more of this AI, stay tuned for the next part where I'll be going over getting the AI to chase the player.
